Assam: Major tragedy averted after fire breaks out at Boko Circle Office, no casualties reported

In a close call, a fire broke out at the Boko Revenue Circle office late Saturday night, threatening to engulf the facility. Vigilant pedestrians noticed the flames and promptly alerted the Boko Police. The local police, along with nearby residents, swiftly acted to extinguish the fire, which originated from a notice board affixed to the office wall.

Upon thorough investigation, the Boko Police determined that an individual with a mental disorder had set the fire. Fortunately, due to the timely response, the office sustained minimal damage. The Boko Police confirmed that no significant harm was inflicted on the office infrastructure.
