Assam: Massive 25 kg Barali fish caught in Bongaigaon district

A massive Barali fish weighing a whopping 25 kg has been caught from the Manas river in Assam's Bongaigon district. The fish has been caught by a local tea seller identified as Sirajul Haq. 

As per sources, Haq had been eyeing the huge fish for quite sometime now which had been roaming near the banks of the Manas river near the Nambarara market. In the past too he had made several attempts. Yesterday he finally managed to catch the massive fish, even as a huge crowd gathered to watch the massive sized Barali fish. 

Later, Haq sold the fish for a whopping 13,000 rupees, which was divided among a few buyers.
