Assam: Sivasagar student registers name in Asia Book of Records with 838 Swastikas on Lotus leaves

A student from Sivasagar has brought immense pride to the town and for her parents after painting more than 800 Swastikas on Lotus leaves. 

Dhyani Drishti Kashyap, a ninth-grader at Delhi Public School in Nazira, has been named in the Asia Book of Records for her extraordinary achievement of painting 838 swastikas on lotus leaves.

Dhyani’s accomplishment has sparked joy across the community, earning her accolades from the Dikhauparia Combined Youth Association, Binapani Music College, and the wider Sivasagar populace. Her success serves as a testament to the adage that with determination and effort, no goal is unattainable.

The young artist is the daughter of prominent businessman Manoj Hazarika and social worker Mayuri Sharma Hazarika of Ward No. 8, Sivasagar. Her achievement is seen as a blessing by the local community, highlighting the potential of youth to achieve remarkable feats.
