Assam tutor stripped naked, beaten by mob for allegedly molesting student in Hojai

In a disturbing incident that has shocked the residents of Hojai in Assam, a tuition teacher named Biswajit Das was beaten black and blue for inappropriate conduct with his student. 

The case came to light after a video capturing Das's misdeeds went viral on social media, leading to widespread outrage.

The teacher was stripped naked and beaten black and blue by an enraged mob after the video of the teacher's misdeeds went viral.

The video, allegedly recorded and circulated by the tutor Biswajit himself, shows the teacher engaging in behavior that has been described as predatory and exploitative. The footage quickly gained traction online.

In response to the outcry, concerned citizens provided crucial information to the police, leading to swift action against the teacher. A further investigation into the incident is underway. 

Meanwhile, a teenage girl narrowly escaped a molestation attempt in Tinsukia's Sripuria area on Friday, August 23 night. The incident took place when a man, identified as Jon Haloi, approached the girl under the guise of offering her chocolates. Alert residents soon informed the police who reached the spot and managed to rescue the girl on time. 

The accused, Jon Haloi has been arrested and an investigation is underway.
