Himanta Biswa Sarma engages with young students, calls them "bright stars"

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took to Twitter on July 8 to share a heartwarming interaction with young students, referring to them as the "bright stars of Assam." The tweet was accompanied by a video showing the CM in conversation with children, taking selfies, and inquiring about their summer vacation plans.

In his post, Sarma recounted a particular exchange with a student named Bristi. When asked about her summer vacation plans, Bristi responded that she intended to complete her syllabus and revise chapters, impressing the Chief Minister with her academic focus.

Sarma expressed his admiration for the children's potential, stating, "These young minds, brimming with talent, are the torchbearers of a resurgent Assam."

The informal interaction showcased a more personable side of the Chief Minister, as he engaged with the students in a relaxed manner, taking selfies and showing genuine interest in their academic pursuits. This approach appears aimed at fostering a connection between the state's leadership and its younger generation.
