India on track to become 'Vishwa Guru' under PM Modi's leadership, says Himanta Biswa Sarma

In the wake of the Bharatiya Janata Party's resounding victory in the recent assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that India is poised to become a 'Vishwa Guru' under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

With a sweep across three key heartland states, the BJP's dominant electoral performance has left the Congress stunned. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed his gratitude to the citizens of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana and Chhattisgarh for their overwhelming support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sarma declared, "India will be the 'Vishwa Guru' under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the culture of Sanatan Dharma will one day rule the world." He stated that the citizens of these four states have sent a resounding message, expressing their belief in Prime Minister Modi's leadership.

"I have a strong belief and confidence that after these election results, the people of the country will make Prime Minister Narendra Modi victorious in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections with more than 400 seats," Sarma asserted. He added, "The people of the country believe only in one guarantee, and that is the guarantee of Narendra Modi."

The recent assembly elections, considered a semi-final to the 2024 general elections, saw the BJP securing wins in three out of four states. Madhya Pradesh witnessed a clean sweep, Rajasthan experienced internal power struggles within the Congress impacting its performance, while the Congress found consolation in Telangana by defeating the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi.
