Tezpur's little wonder sets world record for multiple flips in the United States

A young prodigy from the heart of Assam has brought immense pride to her hometown. Seven-year-old Nisthashikha Bora has etched her name in the annals of history by setting a world record at the Springfield Christian University in the United States.

Nishthashikha, a student of Siddhivinayak Dance Academy in Tezpur, showcased her exceptional talent in a dance competition held in the USA. Her performance, which included 20 font flips, 20 pick-ups, and 20 headstand rolls, was so remarkable that it earned her the coveted world record.

She has previously won the International Star Kids Award at a dance competition in Chennai. Her dedication and passion for dance have also led her to win numerous awards at national and international levels.

Nishthashikha, the only child of Sunder Jyoti Bora and Rikumani Bora, has already achieved so much at a tender age. She is currently a Class 1 student at Army Public School and continues to inspire young people with her incredible talent and determination.
