#WATCH: Heavy rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh causes major damages to NHPC’s Subansiri Lower Dam Project

NHPC's Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project (SLHP), which is being built at Gerukamukh near the border of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, is under the wrath of nature again on April 2.

Disaster struck NHPC's Hydro Project after heavy rainfall has now again hit Lower Subansiri in Arunachal Pradesh. 

Notably, the project's intake tunnel has been shut down due to concerns that it will collapse due to overflowing water that has been gushing out of the tunnel as a result of heavy rain and a landslip.
