Assam intellectuals won't take a minute to decide whether to vote for Rahul or Modi: Himanta Biswa Sarma

Assam's intellectual community will not hesitate to decide whether to cast their vote for Rahul Gandhi or Modi, states Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Himanta Biswa Sarma recently expressed his belief that the intellectual community of Assam is clear about their choice for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Speaking about the developmental strides under Modi's governance, Sarma emphasized that people are with Modi and there is no doubt about it.

"Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Jorhat, Sivasagar, Tezpur, Guwahati, Silchar, where the intellectual community lives, and the rest of Nalbari among others, all 38 to 50 cities cannot be named now...all the intellectual people who reside together, they know whether to give the vote to Rahul or to Narendra Modi..it does not take a minute for people to decide whether to make Rahul the Prime Minister or Modi as the PM. So people don't take a minute to think that they will elect Modi. We are just side actors.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has predicted a triumphant win of 13 seats for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming state elections. 

Sarma, echoing confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, asserted that a victory for the BJP would pave the path for Modi's third consecutive term as Prime Minister of India. 

Furthermore, Sarma framed the electoral contest as a decisive battle between Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
