BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary has claimed that Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Chief Executive Member (CEM), Pramod Boro, in the past four years, in the name of development has only created double-speed breakers in the roadway from Dhaligaon to Kokrajhar.
This comes after the CEM allegedly said that in the last 17 years, the work which could not be delivered during the Bodoland People's Front's (BPF) regime, the United People's Party Liberal has done in only in four years.
Mohilary made these comments during a BPF party meeting at Nalpara in Salbari. He strongly criticised the UPPL party and Pramod Boro during his speech.
He quoted Boro saying, 'What I have not been able to do in 17 years, Boro has done it in 4 years, i.e. creating double speed breakers.'

Earlier, Hagrama Mohilary claimed that the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) will support BPF in the Darrang-Udalguri Lok Sabha seat in Assam.
BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary thanked Badruddin Ajmal-led AIUDF for supporting the BPF party.
Hagrama Mohilary thanked the AIUDF team while attending a joint working meeting of Youth BPF and Bodoland Students Union held at Barimakha in Baksa district.
In Darrang- Odalguri Lok Sabha seat, the AIUDF party will support it, said Hagrama Mohilary while announcing his confidence in the Kokrajhar LS seat.
Meanwhile, Hagrama Mohilary said that the BPF party will also field candidates in Guwahati, Barpeta and Sonitpur constituencies in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
