'Hogi Rihanna Hogi Beyonce': Diljit Dosanjh praises Kareena Kapoor with 'Proper Patola' song

Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh was the highlight of the second day at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar. He captivated the audience as he introduced Kareena Kapoor Khan on stage and got her dancing to his music.

He also made a comparison between her and pop-stars Rihanna and Beyonce. In various videos circulating online, Diljit Dosanjh was seen performing some of his well-known songs.

As Kareena and Saif joined him on stage, he stirred the crowd with his statement, 'Hogi Rihanna, hogi Beyonce, sadi ta ae he hai, Kareena (They have their Rihannas and Beyonces, Kareena is everything to us).' Following this, he started singing the hit song 'Proper Patola', to which Kareena showcased her dancing skills.

The singer later shared a clip of this moment on his Instagram, referring to Kareena as 'Queen' in the caption. Diljit and Kareena had previously worked together in the movie Udta Punjab, and Diljit will be making a guest appearance in Kareena's upcoming film The Crew.

Interestingly, Rihanna was the lead performer on the first day of the pre-wedding bash, while Beyonce had performed at Isha Ambani's wedding celebrations.
