MANIPUR: DEMAND TO REMOVE THE VICE CHANCELLOR OF MANIPUR UNIVERSITY

The Manipur University Community comprising of Manipur University Students Union (MUSU), Manipur University Teachers' Association (MUTA) and Manipur University Staffs Association (MUSA) has demanded the state government to remove the  Vice Chancellor A P Pandey from his position immediately after the issue of the press note by the Vice Chancellor. The varsity community has claimed that there is no PRO in Manipur University ACT which he issued under the Office of the PRO.

The Community also asserts as how the present VC treats the head of the state (Honourable Governor) and the Head of the People (Honourable Chief Minister) of Manipur as the subordinate to the crisis of Manipur University rather than his own course correction.
