Manipur violence: Heavy exchange of fire at Kangchup hill, 7 injured

Heavy exchange of fire was reported between armed miscreants and state police personnel, central reserve police force at Kangchup hill in Imphal West district on November 7 morning. 

In the heavy exchange of fire that ensued, seven persons are reported to be injured which includes two state police personnel.

The injured persons have been rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
