Manipur violence: We have arrested the main culprits, says CM N Biren Singh on students murder case

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on October 1 said that that the main culprits responsible for the abduction and murder of two students in the state have been apprehended. This development comes as a result of a joint operation involving multiple law enforcement agencies and the support of the Indian Army, Paramilitary forces, Assam Rifles, and State Police.

Chief Minister N Biren Singh expressed his gratitude to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who had dispatched the Special Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) along with senior officers to Manipur. 
"Their collaborative efforts, along with the dedication of NIA, CBI, and all Central forces, led to the successful arrest of four individuals from Churachandpur in connection with this heinous case.", he said.
