Meghalaya: NCC holds nation building camp at NEHU in Shillong

The National Cadet Corps (NCC), the world's largest youth organization, is organising a nation building camp  with the theme 'Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat' (EBSB ) at the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), in Meghalaya's state capital Shillong. The aim of the EBSB camp is to bring together the youth of the country together through cultural exchange between various states. 

This EBSB-1 camp is being organised at Shillong by NCC Directorate North Eastern Region (NER), is bringing together 600 NCC cadets  (Boys & Girls) of 9 States (Seven States of Northeastern India, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh). The EBSB camp will see the youngsters participating in various cultural events, visit various places in Meghalaya, attend several motivational speeches and Guest lectures and also participate in various competitions.

The biggest highlight of the camp will be a two day capsule by an expert team of  EXPA (NCC Exchange Participation Association) consisting of experts from all over  India, training cadets for all round development. The camp commenced on December 6 and will culminate on December 16 with a mega cultural programme.
