A massive fire engulfed the famous 'Hollong Bungalow', in West Bengal's Alipurduar district on June 18, according to officials.
The popular tourist lodge is located inside the Jaldapara National Park.
The blaze erupted around 9 pm on Tuesday night, however, there were no reports of fatalities or injuries.
Upon receiving the information, two fire tenders were promptly rushed to the scene to douse the fire, news agency PTI quoted Chief Wildlife Warden Debal Roy.
While the extent of damage to the property has not been ascertained yet as investigation is under way, the Chief Wildlife Warden said that only a forensic examination will reveal further details.
Furthermore, Roy also stated that no threat to wildlife around the area has been reported.
