Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma while addressing an election rally in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh slammed the Congress party and asserted that the issues plaguing the nation are expected to escalate unless the Congress party is eliminated.
Addressing the gathering, CM Sarma said, "Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma says, "... Digvijaya Singh speaks so much against the Hindus, I feel enraged. It is his fashion to speak against Hindus every day. Kamal Nath says he is a Hanuman Devotee and if Digvijaya Singh opens his mouth it is to abuse Hindus and when he closes his mouth, it is after abusing Hindus. There should definitely be a 'Kapda-faad' competition between them... The problems of this country will keep increasing until the Congress is eradicated from the country..."

Earlier today BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma also held a roadshow in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh as a part of election campaigning for the upcoming election in the state.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon the people to vote thoughtfully, saying the coming 25 years are most important for the future of the country, Madhya Pradesh and our youth, which will ensure the progress of the country along with the youth.
Modi was addressing a public meeting in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh today in support of BJP candidates. He said that these elections are not just to elect MLAs, but to give a new direction to the development of Madhya Pradesh.
