Sikkim: Dorjee Tshering Lepcha takes oath as Rajya Sabha MP

Veteran leader Dorjee Tshering Lepcha assumed office as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha. The oath-taking ceremony, held at the Parliament House in New Delhi, was graced by the presence of Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar.

Accompanied by his family members, Dorjee Tshering Lepcha stood tall as he pledged his commitment to serve the nation in his new capacity. 

Formerly an MLA representing the Gnathang Machong constituency in the Pakyong district, his foray into national politics resonates with his dedication to public service.

Amidst the backdrop of his transition to the Rajya Sabha, Dorjee Tshering Lepcha's candidacy received resounding endorsement from the Sikkim Krantikari Morcha.
