Gilles De Rais, (Circa 1404-1440) Gilles de Rais, was a French nobleman and was also a military captain in St Joan of Arc’s army. He was charged with torturing, raping and murdering young children (mainly boys).
Jeffrey Dahmer (1960-1994) Dahmer had killed 17 people consisting of men and boys between 1978 and 1991. His murdering involving acts of sodomy, dismemberment, necrophilia, and cannibalism.
Albert Fish (1870-1936) Albert Fish had molested over 100 children, and was suspected to have killed at least 5. He came to be known as the Gray Man, the Werewolf of Wysteria and possibly the Brooklyn Vampire.
Andrei Chikatilo (1936) Andrei Chikatilo was Ukrainian. Murdering 53 women and children between 1978 and 1990 gave him the nickname the Butcher of Rostov and ‘The Red Ripper.’ In 1978 he attempted to rape a 9 year old girl but the girl resisted so he stabbed her to death and in the process ejaculated.
Joachim Kroll (1933-1991) Kroll was a German, notoriously known as the Ruhr Cannibal, and the Duisburg Man-Eater. He had confessed to have committed 13 murders, out of which he was convicted of 8. He started murdering after the death of his mother.
Richard Trenton Chase (1950-1980) Richard Trenton Chase was responsible for killing 6 people within the span of a single month in California. Called ‘the Vampire of Sacramento’ due to his habit of drinking his victims’ blood, he also committed cannibalism & necrophilia(sex with corpse) on the victim’s bodies.
Dennis Rader (Born 1945) Rader was known for sending taunting letters to newspapers and the police. He was an American serial killers who had murdered at least 10 people. After killing his victims, Dennis Rader would write letter to police and news offices boasting about his crime.
Javed Iqbal Mughal (1956-2001) One of the most infamous serial killers, Javed Iqbal was from Lahore, Pakistan. He had killed 100 boys within one and a half year. In 1999, Iqbal sent a letter to police and a Lahore newspapers claiming to have strangled and cut off the body parts of young boys and disposed them in vats of hydrochloric acid.
John Haigh (1909-1949) During the 1940s there was a serial killers in England called the “Acid Bath Murderer”. He confessed to have killed nine people and dissolved their bodies in sulphuric acid after which he would forge papers and sell the possessions of the victims to make money.
Ted Bundy (1946 –1989) One of the most infamous serial killers in U.S. history; he raped and murdered around 30 young women across the country between 1974 and 1978. Bundy would often approach his victims in broad daylight, gaining their trust in various ways, sometimes faking injury even wearing arm slings.
