Quick, minimal ingredients, customizable. Whisk 2 eggs with milk/water, salt/pepper. Cook in pan with butter, add chopped veggies (optional). Serve on toast or with fruit.
Easy cleanup. Toss pasta, veggies, olive oil, broth, salt/pepper in pan. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Top with cheese/red pepper flakes (optional).
Protein-packed lunch. Mix canned tuna in water with mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, salt/pepper. Spread on bread with lettuce, tomato, cheese (optional).
Uses leftover chicken. Scramble eggs in pan. Add leftover chicken, rice, frozen peas/carrots, soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated. Add other veggies (optional).
Vegetarian alternative. Mash black beans with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, spices. Form patties, cook in pan or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes per side. Serve on buns with toppings.
