Easy Summer Hairstyles For Long Hair
EASY BEACH WAVES We’ve already dedicated an article on how to achieve the most beautiful, effortless beachy waves. But here’s a quick recap: apply some Honey Infused Hair Oil to the ends of your hair to seal in moisture and prevent frizz. Then, apply a pea-sized amount of Propolis Infused Polishing Primer and work it through damp hair from roots to ends.
SLEEK BUN Create a sleek bun by tightly brushing your hair back into a ponytail, then twisting it into a low bun. Warm up a few drops of Honey Infused Hair Oil between fingers and smooth down flyaways and add shine. Apply a pea-sized amount of Polishing Primer to a spoolie or toothbrush and gently brush over baby hairs for an extra slick look.
BRAIDED PONYTAIL A ponytail is a perfect updo to keep your hair off your shoulders and neck on the hottest summer days. The braided version is not only easy, but also looks effortlessly cool. Simply put your hair up into a high ponytail, and braid it! Smooth out any frizz or flyaways with a pea-sized amount of Propolis Infused Polishing Primer. Finish off this easy hairstyle by smoothing out your braid with a few drops of Honey Infused Hair Oil.
WAVES & BRAIDS First, create beach waves in your hair. Use the Honey Infused Leave-In Conditioner on damp hair to hydrate, detangle and lock in moisture while improving hair strength and shine.
MESSY BUN WITH HAIR CLIP The messy bun both keeps your hair off your neck and gives off an effortless vibe. Start by giving your hair a little texture and volume with a few spritzes of Propolis Infused Texturizing Wave Spray. Scrunch it in, focusing on the ends of your hair. Then twist your hair into a bun and secure it with a claw clip. You can leave out a few strands of hair at the front to keep it playful.
HEATLESS CURLS Use the Propolis Infused Polishing Primer to prep your towel dried hair. Then, apply the Heat Protecting Spray to protect from UV rays and provide texture & hold. Wrap your hair around the belt of a bathrobe (watch the video for the exact technique), leave it in for a couple of hours up to overnight.
BUBBLE PONYTAIL This is another popular take on the regular ponytail. Start by creating a mid to high ponytail, and then add a few drops of Honey Infused Hair Oil to add shine and smooth flyaways. Now start adding smaller elastics down your ponytail, one by one, and gently tug at the sides of these sections to add volume and create a “bubble” look.
QUICK CURLS If you already have curly hair, read our tips on how to enhance your natural curls. If your hair is fine or straight, you can create curls using our Curling Tool. Take some larger sections of hair and add waves with the Curling Tool, alternating between curling inwards and outwards. Next, flip your head upside down and shake out the curls gently. Run a drop or two of Hair Oil through your hair to add shine and keep the frizz away.
