Use ceiling or portable fans to circulate air. Position them to create a cross breeze.
Block out sunlight during the hottest parts of the day to keep your space cooler.
Open windows during cooler parts of the day (early morning or late evening) to let in fresh air.
Drink plenty of water to help regulate your body temperature.
Take a cool shower to lower your body temperature.
Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, and light-colored clothing.
Place a bowl of ice or a frozen water bottle in front of a fan to cool the air as it blows.
