Made with black sesame, sticky bora rice and jaggery.
Similar to til pitha but with a stuffing of roasted, grated coconut and sugar.
Also called tel pitha, made with either sticky bora rice or regular rice flour, jaggery and baking soda, deep-fried into medium-sized balls.
A mixture of fragrant rice, grated coconut and aromatic jaggery, steamed in the lid of a kettle and best enjoyed with black tea.
Also known as Sutuli (Xutuli) Pitha, a fried dish made using jaggery and black sesame.
