Significance of Maa Durga's 10 Weapons

Legend has it that Lord Shiva gave the Trishul upon her. The Trishul's three prongs represent the fundamental qualities of every living being on Earth – calmness, salvation, and energy. Together, they symbolise a harmonious balance within the human soul.

The Sword, a symbol of sharp intellect and wisdom, was presented to Maa Durga by Lord Ganesh. Its blade signifies the brilliance of knowledge, while its sharpness represents wisdom.
