Antilia Antilia is owned by the owner of Reliance Industries Mukesh Ambani. Antilia is not just India's costliest house but it is one of the costiliest houses in the world. The building is located in one of the most expensive roads in Mumbai, the Altamount Road. The house has a 27 floors. The esitimated cost of this house is Rs 6,000 to 12,000 crores and it is spread in an area of 1.120 acre of land.

JK House JK House is owned by the chairman of Raymond Group - Gautam Singhania. This is the second tallest private building in India and is loacted at the Altamount Road. The house is valued to be around 6,000 crores.

Mannat Mannat needs no introduction. Shah Rukh Khan is the owner of this house which is situated at Bandstand in Bandra in Mumbai. The lavish bungalow is estimated to be around Rs 200 crores. The six-story building is a tourist spot as daily, thousands of tourists gather outside the bungalow to click selfies.

Abode Anil Ambani is the owner of this house which is 70 metres high and spread in an area of 16,000 sq.ft. Abode is a 17-storey building and was home to Mukesh Ambani and his family before they moved to Antilia. The value of the house is around Rs 5,000 crores.

Jalsa Having a valuation of Rs 120 crore, this house belongs to Bollywood's Big B, Amitabh Bachchan. The house is situated in Juhu of Mumbai. Earlier, the house was known as 'Mansa' but it was later changed 'Jalsa' on a astrologer's recommendation. The house is spread in an area of 10,123 sq.ft and was gifted to Amitabh Bachchan by the famous director Ramesh Sippy.

Jatia House The Jatia House is owned by KM Birla, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group.  The house is spread across 30,000 sq.ft. The valuation of this house is around Rs 425 crores. The house is also equipped with lush green gardens, courtyard etc.

Jindal House Jindal house is in Delhi and it is owned by the famous politician-industrialist Sajjan jindal. The house is spread across 3 acres and is located in the Leafy Lutyens Bungalow Zone of Delhi. The value of the house is around Rs 120 to 150 crore.

Ruia House Ruia House is owned by the Ruia brothers -- Ravi Ruia and Shashi Ruia -- owners of the Essar Group. The house is spread across 2.24 acres and it is located in the heart of Delhi on Tees January Marg. The house is valued at around Rs 120 crore. However, there are reports that has been sold off.
