The Ahom dynasty ruled the Ahom Kingdom in Assam for several centuries. Suhungmung, Rudra Singha, and Sukaphaa are some notable Ahom rulers who played crucial roles in the kingdom's development.

Ahom Kings (1228–1826)

Lachit Borphukan was a commander in the Ahom kingdom known for his leadership during the Ahom-Mughal conflicts, particularly in the Battle of Saraighat (1671) against the Mughals.
