Boil potatoes. After peeling, crush the skin in a dish. Stir with the remaining ingredients. Fried chopped onions can alternatively be used in place of raw onions.

Aloo pitika

Boil potatoes and eggs. Remove the peel and mash the potatoes and eggs in a bowl.  Incorporate the remaining components.  Add either fried or raw chopped onions.

Koni aloo pitika

Boil the seeds of jackfruit. Take off your inner and outer skin. In a bowl, mash. Mix together all the ingredients.  Blend well.

Kothalguti pitika

Boil green banana. Peel skin and mash it in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients.  Mix well.

Kaskol pitika

Remove the colocasia's skin. Slice into 4–5 pieces and cook. Mash the boiling colocasis in a bowl. Stir with the remaining ingredients.

Kosu guti pitika

Boil the pumpkin and potato. Remove the potato's outer layer. Mash the potato and pumpkin gourd in a bowl.

Aloo bhatkerala pitika

Steam the potato. Grill or boil the tomato. Remove the skins. Mash the tomato and potato in a bowl. Stir with the remaining ingredients.  Blend well.

Aloo bilahi pitika

Grill or smoke fish in fire. Remove its bones. In a bowl mash it together with remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
