Kayaköy (also: Kaya) is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of Fethiye, Muğla Province, Turkey.[1] Its population is 975 (2022).

Situated 8 km south of Fethiye, it is mostly abandoned.

The village is often referred to as the "Ghost Town" due to its deserted and eerie atmosphere.

The fate of Kayaköy changed dramatically in the early 20th century during the Greco-Turkish War and the subsequent population exchanges between Greece and Turkey.
