Writers' Building, Kolkata The building was built by British East India Company in colonial Calcutta. As per reports, thatch-roof houses existed here, this plot of land used to host a graveyard for the clerks that were housed in old Fort William. Security and staff here often reports disturbances such as painful moans of people.

Kalpalli Cemetery, Bengaluru Here the visitors have reported paranormal activities such as seeing a man-like figure. Besides this, several people have also felt that they are being watches by someone from behind. On the other hand, some claimed the air around the grave to be so heavy which creates problem in breating.

Kuldhara, Rajasthan Few years ago, the town which 20 km away from the west of Jaisalmer, known to be one of the most haunted places in India. People beleive that the prosperous village inhabited by the Paliwal Brahmin community was abandoned overnight.

Agrasen Ki Bauli, New Delhi Experts beleive that this 60-metre long and 15-metre wide historical step well located on Delhi's Hailey Road is believed to have been built by king Agrasen during the mid-14th century. Reportedly, the intensity of unnatural activities increases as one step down 108 steep steps of the well.

Fernhill Hotel, Tamilnadu The place became famous after the shooting of the ''Raaz'' film in 2002. As per reports, the choreographer and a few dancers couldn't sleep because of the sound of furniture being moved around in the room above them. When they complained about the same to the receptionist the next morning, they were shocked to learn that there was no floor above.

Om Bana Shrine, Rajasthan As per reports, on December 2, 1991 Om Singh Rathore known as Om Banna lost control of his motocycle died on the spot. The next morning, the local police took the motorcycle to a nearby police station and on the next day, the motorcycle disappeared from the station and was found back at the site of the accident. To appreciate the miracle, a temple was built on this site.

Mukesh Mills, Maharashtra The Mukesh Mills built in the 1780s in the Mumbai's Colaba area. A few months later a fire broke out in the mill which left it in a dilapidated state. Several television shows and commercial have been shot here. As per reports, actors often refuse to shoot because of the strange feelings and paranormal activities.

Bhangarh Fort, Rajasthan Archeological Survey of India (ASI) has already put a sign restricting visitors post sunset outside this 17th century fortress is enough to consider it as the most haunted places in India. People claimed to have heard screams emerge from within the fort and believe that anyone who visits post sundown doesn't survive.
