Description: Soft, round balls made from grated coconut and jaggery or sugar. Preparation: Coconut is grated and roasted with jaggery or sugar until the mixture thickens. It is then rolled into laddoos.

Narikolor Laru (Coconut Laddoo)

Description: Thin rice pancakes filled with a sweet coconut mixture. Preparation: Rice batter is spread thin on a hot tawa, and a filling of grated coconut mixed with jaggery or sugar is placed inside before folding the pancake.

Narikol Pitha (Coconut Pancakes)

Description: Steamed or fried rice cakes made with coconut and jaggery. Preparation: Rice flour is mixed with jaggery syrup and grated coconut, shaped into patties or cakes, and then steamed or fried.

Guror Pitha with Narikol (Rice Cakes with Coconut)

Description: A steamed rice cake stuffed with a coconut and jaggery filling. Preparation: Rice batter is poured over a piece of cloth stretched over a steaming pot, and a mixture of grated coconut and jaggery is placed in the center before steaming.

Tekeli Pitha

Description: A simple, no-cook sweet dish made with flattened rice (chira), grated coconut, and jaggery. Preparation: Chira is soaked in water or milk, mixed with grated coconut and jaggery to form a soft and flavorful sweet.
