Rub your palms together until they are warm, then place them over your closed eyes. This soothes the optic nerve and relaxes the eye muscles.

Palming (Hasta Mudra)

Roll your eyes in a clockwise and counterclockwise motion, and up and down and side-to-side. This stretches and relaxes the eye muscles.

Eye rotations (Netra Vyayam) 

Sit comfortably and blink rapidly for about 30 seconds, then keep your eyes closed for a few seconds. This lubricates the eyes and prevents dryness.

Blinking (Sarvangasana)

Stare at a fixed point, such as a candle flame, without blinking. This strengthens the eye muscles and improves focus and concentration.

Sit in a cross-legged position, close your eyes and ears, and focus on the center of your eyebrows. Take a deep breath through your nose, hold for a few seconds, then slowly exhale while humming.
